3. Products & Pricing All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

4. Orders & Payment We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we are unable to fulfill. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

5. Shipping Orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Lowlife Ink Apparel is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property All artwork, graphics, logos, and brand assets on this site are the exclusive property of Lowlife Ink Apparel and are protected by Canadian copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability Lowlife Ink Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of B.C, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of B.C.
