Shipping policy

1. Order Processing All Lowlife Ink Apparel products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship within Canada and to select international destinations. Shipping rates and availability are calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed.

  • Canada: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
  • United States: 7–14 business days after fulfillment
  • International: 10–21 business days after fulfillment

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically or via a discount code.

5. Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

6. Customs & Duties (International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping rates.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at cashcustomart@gmail.com. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate. Lowlife Ink Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lowlife Ink Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order enters fulfillment.
